Creation of a website for an acting school in Almaty

We would like to share a case study website redesign acting school in Almaty. We have been working with the Customer since 2017 casting base of actors.
The problem was that the site was receiving contextual advertising, but it was not bringing in any applications. Link to the client's previous site: dev3.aschool.kz.
Client briefing:
To begin with, the Customer filled out a detailed 10-page Brief, which described the audience, the problems that parents face, the tasks that the school solves, the advantages, competencies and discounts that the school can offer.
The brief is the most important part of the project. Based on it, we create a website, and the client accepts the work.
Site prototype:
After filling out the brief, we started preparing the prototype of the main page, blog page and article page. We tried to use all the main advantages of the school and close the pain points of clients who are looking for a school to develop their child's abilities.
The prototype was approved after almost several amendments to the terms of the promotions.
OUR SPECIALIST TOOK 16 HOURS TO CREATE A PROTOTYPE
Design:
We offered 2 design options, with examples of sites in the client's theme. The customer chose a premium design that would attract the attention of parents and children, the school's main clients.
Therefore, the designer relied on references that the Customer liked when developing the design.
THE DESIGN PROCESS TOOK THE DESIGNER 19 HOURS.
Programming:
- Deploying a subdomain on the Customer's hosting
- Layout html layouts
- Setting up adaptation to mobile devices
- Stretching HTML layouts to an old site on CMS WordPress
- Connecting and finalizing the functionality
- Setting up feedback forms
- Output of fields and forms for filling from the site admin panel
- Checking and fixing errors
THE PROCESS OF LAYOUT AND TENSIONING ONTO THE PREVIOUS SITE TOOK THE PROGRAMMER 37 HOURS
Testing:
Before the completion of the project, the manager checks the completed stages for compliance with the brief, rules for developing a prototype, design, requirements for HTML layout and linking layouts to the site.
